Our soaps are
parabin free, sulfate free, (SLS) soy free, glutin free and Vegan friendly where clearly stated. We use responsibly sourced certified palm oil (R.S.P.O.) Virgin organic oils and butters are included to make sure you have the best skin experience using our products.
Our goal is to get away from the mainstream industry that uses chemicals, additives and dyes - all ingredients that can cause irritation. Our fragrances are phthalate-free, and we also use pure essential oils for fragrance. Our colors are organic natural powders, clays and micas. Our growing focus is our concern for those who have sensitive skin. Our products are designed to ensure the most soothing skincare possible.
"Do you use lye in your handmade soaps?"
Yes we do. In the process of saponification, lye is mixed with distilled water, then added to the butters and oils and other ingredients to create a totally new product called - "SOAP." After the saponification process is complete, no more lye is present. Soap is usually cured for 4-6 weeks to reduce the water content, creating a harder and longer lasting soap bar. Soap is safe to use 24 hours after the saponification process.
We give back to the Community!
We donate a selection of our soaps and other products to help bring relief and comfort to the North Carolina Appalachian Relief victims of hurricane Helene. We also send gift packages to suffering cancer patients. As one who is dealing with cancer, myself, I can appreciate the love and concern that goes into every box of soaps, bath bombs, shampoo bars, etc., along with a cheerful card to bring joy into those lives who are hurting for a season. We send out gift packages of our products to both children and adults.
"Do you test your products on animals?"
Never. No animals will ever be used to test our products. We personally test each product ourselves! The skincare items you receive have our personal stamp of approval. We will never sell a product that we ourselves would not use.
"Do you accept returns?"
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns at this time due to the quality control and the personal nature of skincare and beauty products. Please contact us as soon as your package arrives if you notice an error in your order.
We're human and we make mistakes, please allow us to correct it! Above all, we care about your satisfaction. If there is a problem with your order, we will do everything we can to make it right.
"Do you welcome feedback?"
Yes! We are always open to creating new skincare products that provide skin relief. Don't see a favorite scent or ingredient? Feel free to reach out to us on our Contact Page. We value your opinion, so please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We also love reviews about your purchases! You'll recieve an email asking for one, pictures and videos are always a plus! In turn, we'll send you a $5.00 credit towards your next purchase to say "thank you!".
"What are you doing to show your concern about helping our environment?"
We believe in zero waste shipping. All of our soaps and lotions are shipped without their own box. Ingredients can be found listed under each product on our web site.
"How soon will I get my order?"
Once an order is placed, it will be processed within one to two days, except on National holidays, as the Post Office is closed on these days. We ship our products using USPS, giving you the best rate and the fastest delivery, anywhere from one to seven days.
Please make sure the email that you include is spelled correctly, so that you receive your Order Confirmation. Please add us to your email Contacts List, so that you receive any and all important updates! If you do not receive your Confirmation email, please check the Spam folder. If you still did not receive your email, please contact us! You can reach us on our Contact page.
Once your tracking info and number has been given to you, no changes can be made to your order. If the shipping address given is incorrect and your order is returned to us, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for new shipping to the updated, correct address.

When you are using Paypal as a form of payment, please double check that your Shipping Address is up to date, as this is the address we will be shipping your order to.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to an outdated shipping address.
